For those of you who can stomach viewing injustice and violence towards people standing up for poverty and for what they believe in, “Trouble – Teatime in Heiligendamm” is a political documentary film depicting the confusion and clouds of misinformation surrounding the 2007 G8 Summit in Heilingedamm, Germany. Bono (singer of band U2), Bob Geldof and Herbert Grownmeyer are some of celebrities caught up in the commotion while promoting their “Your Voice Against Poverty” campaign. A pop film exploring what happens when pop meets protest and left-wing anarchists, activists, police and locals get together. You can watch the entire film online and much more at http://trouble-the-movie.com/

My favorite way to get the news is from freelance reporter Marta Costello of the gnooze (the g is silent). She is the perfect antidote for the lousy doings of today’s evil doers. In this video clip she talks about interests rates being cut all over the world, Korea firing off test missiles and another AIG bailout. Enjoy the show!
