I first heard singer/songwriter Freedom, guitarist Rob Peeler and band back a few years in Balboa Park, San Diego, CA, when they performed at an Earth Day concert. The farm workers in Mexico left their fields because they could not afford to grow their crops (pesticides, water, machinery), the so called “free trade agreements” have not helped either. Hemp grows fast, it grows like a weed, it has no need of pesticides and feeds on 10 TIMES LESS WATER than cotton. How’s that for a sustainable crop. Any questions?

When speaking of divine incarnations, avatars or prophets of God, most people mention Jesus Christ, Krishna, Buddha or Prophet Muhammad. But when I ask about Lord Chaitanya or Gauranga “The Golden Avatar” I very rarely get an answer.

Ayurveda is the world’s oldest known health care system. It is a spirit, mind, body (holistic) approach to healing. Most other systems of medicine treat only the symptoms of the disease. I will be posting useful information on Hemp, I believe that we can stop the uncontrolled deforestation, immigration and drug related problems if we take a serious look into decriminalizing Hemp and growing it commercially again.
